This project addresses education from a human rights perspective, ensuring access to inclusive, equitable, and quality education. It promotes human dignity and seeks to eradicate all forms of discrimination. The 2008 Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and the 2021 Intercultural Education Law reinforce the State’s responsibility to provide comprehensive and specialized education to vulnerable groups, including students receiving hospital and home-based education, specialized centers for the treatment of alcohol and drug use problems, juvenile detention centers, correctional facilities, shelters, as well as students with giftedness or high abilities and those with hearing impairments.

In addition, inclusive pedagogical strategies are promoted to address diverse learning needs, integrating specific approaches for students with disabilities and those in situations of vulnerability. The objective is to prevent school dropout and promote social inclusion, ensuring that all students receive appropriate support for their academic and personal development.
