Welcome to the FADSE Reporting Channel
This channel has been established as a mechanism to strengthen integrity, transparency, accountability, and compliance with the principles, values, and standards that guide the Foundation’s activities. It also provides a safe means of reporting potential situations of sexual exploitation and abuse, violations of the Child Safeguarding Policy, and any other conduct contrary to the law, the Code of Ethics and Conduct, or FADSE’s institutional policies.
Anyone may submit a good-faith report and, where appropriate, do so anonymously. Reports will be handled confidentially and managed objectively, impartially, and in a timely manner, respecting the rights of the persons involved and prohibiting any form of retaliation against those who act in good faith.
In cases involving alleged situations of sexual exploitation and abuse or involving children and adolescents, FADSE will adopt the protective measures provided for under applicable regulations and its internal policies, seeking to safeguard the safety, dignity, and well-being of the affected persons.
Before submitting a report, please describe the facts as clearly as possible and, when available, include any information or documentation that may facilitate their analysis.
