As part of the agreement signed with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, FADSE designed and laid out the didactic guide for the course to strengthen the Sustainable School Feeding Program in Ecuador. The guide was developed within the framework of the Brazil-FAO International Cooperation Program through the “Consolidation of School Feeding Programs in Latin America and the Caribbean” Project (GCP/RLA/223/BRA), in coordination with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Ecuador (FAOEC), under the technical supervision and coordination of Reinaldo López, National Director of Educational Resources at the Ministry of Education of Ecuador (MINEDUC), and Gabriela Rosero, Coordinator of Food Security and Nutrition Projects at FAOEC.
