Update of the Development and Territorial Planning Plan of the Taracoa Parish, Francisco de Orellana Canton, Orellana Province. The project directly benefited 150 authorities and members of the Taracoa Parish Council; indirect beneficiaries included 2,616 residents of Taracoa Parish as of 2015, with a projected population of 3,492. During the implementation of the contract, several workshops and community assemblies were conducted with the communities of Taracoa Parish.
