The course is aimed at teachers from Ibero-American education systems, providing them with training through a virtual modality via the platform of the Ibero-American Institute for Training and Learning for the Development of the Organization of Ibero-American States. Based on the experience of the virtual course “Attention to Diversity in the Ecuadorian Education System,” an adaptation has been developed for the Ibero-American context and is offered in two modalities: a) MOOC, with an initial fully virtual offering lasting 120 hours, and b) Tutored, lasting 90 hours, which is replicated in different countries across the region.
