Commitment to Integrity and Good Governance
At FADSE, we understand compliance as an ongoing commitment to ethics, integrity, transparency, and accountability in all our activities.
Our Compliance Program establishes the set of principles, procedures, and mechanisms designed to promote an organizational culture based on compliance with the law, institutional principles, and best governance practices, contributing to preventing, detecting, and managing risks that may affect FADSE’s reputation and operations. Likewise, it reflects the commitment of FADSE’s governing bodies to prevent all forms of exploitation, abuse, and conduct contrary to the dignity of individuals, promoting safe, respectful, and violence-free environments.
The Program applies to all members of the Board of Directors, managers, employees, consultants, volunteers, interns, contractors, suppliers, and other individuals or entities whose actions may affect FADSE.
